Sewer Bills:

• Sewer bills are mailed quarterly and are due on February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1.
• A 10% penalty will be applied to all sewer payments received after the due date.

Sewer bills are mailed quarterly, but are billed in arrears. This means that each bill covers the preceding three months. Below is a detailed breakdown of the billing schedule:

• 1st Quarter Bill (Dated January 1):  Covers October, November, and December
• 2nd Quarter Bill (Dated April 1):  Covers January, February, and March
• 3rd Quarter Bill (Dated July 1):  Covers April, May, and June
• 4th Quarter Bill (Dated October 1):  Covers July, August, and September

Methods of Payment:

1. Online or by Phone using Point & Pay:

• PAY ONLINE HERE   *NEW* – We have transitioned to a new software system. Please call Village Hall (262-877-2858) to obtain your new account number. Quarterly bills with updated account numbers will be mailed out in late June.
• Service fees apply for all online direct deposit and credit card transactions.
• If paying online during the first two weeks in November, include additional fees and penalties. Unpaid charges after November 1 incur a 10% late fee and an additional 10% penalty on the total arrears. Any remaining balance will be added to the property owner’s tax bill.

2. In Person:

• Location: Village Hall, 105 E Main Street, Twin Lakes
• Payments are accepted in the Village Hall drop box. The drop box will be closed during absentee voting periods due to election laws.
• Payments are accepted at the front counter from 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

3. By Mail:

• Mail payments to PO Box 1024, Twin Lakes, WI 53181.
  – Please ensure you allow enough time for the payment to be received by the due date.
